Returns

Want to return something? Sure. Head to lifestyle.unlocked.me and sign-in to your account within 7 days of receiving your order at your delivery address. You can return an item only if you: have all the packaging for the product and it is in the original condition. Then tell us what the problem was with your order. We'll then send back an email saying that we got your note. It's most likely that we may not have a replacement in stock so you understand that there will be a refund-only option in that case.

There are two ways to return an item:

  1. Login to your profile on the UNLOCKED.ME website. Go to your orders on your profile and log a return there.
  2. You can also get in touch with the support squad on socialmedia@nedbank.co.za to help you out.
